Refund Policy

Single sessions

Cancellations or reschedules requested more than 4 hours before your session incur no charge. Cancellations inside 4 hours forfeit the booking fee only; the session price is not charged.

No-show

If a therapist cannot access the address at the scheduled time, we wait 20 minutes and attempt contact via the number on file. After this, the session is marked as a no-show and the booking fee is forfeited.

Membership

After your first The Royal Relax session, you may cancel The Residency before your next monthly cycle at no charge. If you continue, the booking fee from your first session is adjusted toward your first month of dues. Monthly membership fees are not pro-rated.

Service issues

If any session falls short of The Royal Relax standard, contact support@theroyalrelax.com within 48 hours. Verified issues result in a full session credit or a full refund to the original method of payment, at your choice.

Local consumer protection

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer rights you hold under the laws of your jurisdiction.
