Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Royal Relax website, membership program, and at-studio and in-residence treatment services delivered worldwide by The Royal Relax Inc. (Delaware, USA). By booking a session or joining The Residency you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book services. Sessions for minors are permitted only when a parent or legal guardian is present and has provided written consent.

Booking & scheduling

Bookings are subject to therapist availability in your city. A small booking fee is charged at the time of reservation in your local currency. The session balance is settled after service.

Conduct

The Royal Relax therapists are licensed clinicians. Any behaviour of a sexual, threatening, or discriminatory nature will result in immediate termination of service, forfeiture of fees, and permanent removal from the platform.

Membership

The Residency is billed monthly in advance. Credits do not carry forward. You may cancel any time after your first session; billing stops at the end of the current cycle.

Liability

The Royal Relax's liability for any single incident is limited to the value of the affected session or, for members, the value of the current monthly membership fee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and are subject to applicable local consumer-protection laws in the customer's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, or in the customer's local courts where mandated by law.
